ABOUT THE T3 PROGRAM

The Tech Hubs Training & Talent (T3) Program is a workforce innovation initiative from the Tulsa Higher Education Consortium. Powered by the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Tech Hubs initiative and Tulsa Innovation Labs, T3 connects students from Tulsa-area colleges and universities with real-world, paid internship opportunities in high-growth tech sectors.

T3 offers high-impact experiences that connect your classroom knowledge to career possibilities:

  • On-the-Job Training with companies in autonomous systems, AI, cybersecurity, and more
  • One-on-One Coaching and mentorship to help you navigate internships, career planning, and academic support
  • Career-Ready Experience that counts toward your degree or certification
