Members of the Tulsa Higher Education Consortium are invited to come together for the spring convening to share perspectives, priorities, and best practices. Highlights of the event include a keynote address from Chancellor Allison Garrett (Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education), perspectives of Tulsa-area students and graduates, conversations with community leaders, and time to collaborate and connect with professionals who are working to support students on their journeys to degree completion. Welcoming Week – Higher Education Workshop for Immigrant and Refugee Students
TCC Northeast Campus 3727 E Apache, Tulsa, OKThursday, September 19th, THE Consortium will host a Higher Education for Immigrant and Refugee Students Resource Workshop at TCC’s Northeast Campus (3727 S. Apache) in partnership with TCC and the City of Tulsa from 6 to 8 p.m. The workshop will provide community and education resources for individuals seeking education pathways, including English as a Second Language (ESL), General Educational Development (GED), and higher education opportunities.
