The Tulsa Higher Education Consortium’s 2023 Fall Convening was held on November 16th, 2023 at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. College and university partners were joined by K12 and business and industry partners for a day of learning, collaboration, and data + policy conversations. The theme of the convening was “Empowering Students, Enriching Communities”.
