Tulsa Higher Education Consortium’s Spring Convening

Members of the Tulsa Higher Education Consortium are invited to come together for the spring convening to share perspectives, priorities, and best practices. Highlights of the event include a keynote address from Chancellor Allison Garrett (Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education), perspectives of Tulsa-area students and graduates, conversations with community leaders, and time to collaborate and connect with professionals who are working to support students on their journeys to degree completion. Safe Zones: LGBTQ+ Allyship Training
Zoom MeetingJoin us for a virtual Safe Zones workshop, designed to foster supportive and inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ individuals. This professional development session will educate participants about LGBTQ+ issues, terminology, and challenges faced by queer faculty, staff, and students. This optional, non-affiliated workshop, hosted by the Tulsa Higher Education Consortium and the LGBTQ+ Community of Practice, is open to the public. We welcome all who are interested in creating more inclusive spaces to register and participate.
